Agribock, L.P. was formed in 2001 and holds a portfolio that contains primarily farmland, but also Equities and Fixed Income Securities.
Agribock’s farmland holdings are located in the state of Missouri in a relatively small geographic area known to contain deep Loess Soils.
These soils, which can reach 200 feet deep, are highly desirable for farming.
Land Advisory Co., L.L.C. is the General Partner of Agribock and manages the Partnership.
Land Property Associates, Inc., an affiliate of Land Advisory Co., manages Agribock’s farmland holdings.
